On the Road Again

Road trip continued...

Sometimes when you camp in the dark you wake up next to a garbage dump.  Sometimes you luck out and everything still looks good in the morning.

A pond to bathe in and a goose to cook for breakfast

a jungle gym for the young uns

And a water slide that was apparently constructed as an Eagle Scout project so that the troop would be able to practice first aid and life saving skills on anyone crazy enough to ride it

If your heart does a C-stop (cardiac arrest) while consuming C-Stop Pizza,
how convenient to have oxygen available right next door to revive you!

I find it very interesting that you have this post labeled as boring slides. Are you planning on having more of these? Will you globe trot and show us pics of all the boring slides? That would be AWESOME!!!

Was that scene in Idaho. Shoshone Falls is less than 5 miles from where I used to live. Did you know you were in my neighborhood? That's so cool. I love Idaho. Tell her hello from Jo. Enjoy your stay and whatever you do, do NOT go down that water slide. Heck no!

Camping with a water slide followed by heart attack pizza served with oxygen. Sounds like a wonderful trip so far!

I've been MIA for a few days. Congrats on that grandbaby. And remind me to avoid your vacation destinations.
